WPPM, or Waste Plastic Product Machine, converts sub-100 micron plastic waste directly into usable forms like bricks and road dividers. Municipal councils have successfully used this technology, making plastic bricks for construction, including insulation walls.

3. Details about Plastic Dam Technique?
The Plastic Dam technique offers a pollution-free solution to plastic pollution and water conservation. The first Plastic Dam in Aravade used 17.5 tons of compressed municipal waste plastic, freeing 148 villages and two municipal corporations from plastic pollution while conserving over 25 lakh liters of water.

The machine operates based on the "Golden theory of waste plastic material" published in the "The International Journal Of Engineering And Science (IJES)." It transforms waste plastic from solid to semi-liquid stage, allowing shaping into useful products.

WPPM (automation) is recommended for areas with populations above 5000, including municipal corporations, industrial zones, and district garbage depots.

i) Set a minimum financial incentive for waste plastic (Rs 10/Kg).
ii) Establish "Bharat Swachhata Kendra" under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
iii) Operate the Kendra as per the defined structure.
iv) Formulate PWCP and replicate it across India to control plastic.
